To be considered as a potential participant in the Different DocuSeries Part 1: Two of a Kind produced by Shooter Reel Productions, LLC you must agree to the following terms:

1. Confidentiality: I agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information, data, and materials disclosed by or on behalf of Shooter Reel Productions, LLC, including, but not limited to, the contents of the Series, the identity of the subjects involved in the Series, and any other information related to the Series (collectively, “Confidential Information”). I shall not, without the prior written consent of Shooter Reel Productions, LLC, disclose any Confidential Information to any third party, or use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than in connection with the Series.

2. Video Release: I hereby grant Shooter Reel Productions, LLC the right to use my name, likeness, image, and voice, as recorded in connection with the Series (the “Footage”), in any manner and in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for the purpose of advertising, promoting, and exploitation of the Series.

3. Warranties and Representations: I represent and warrant that I am the owner of the Footage and have the right to grant the rights granted hereunder. I shall indemnify and hold Shooter Reel Productions, LLC harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, and expenses arising out of the use of the Footage.

4. Miscellaneous: This agreement shall be binding upon me and Shooter Reel Productions, LLC and their respective successors and assigns. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
